Specializing in business development, Ms. Carlen oversees the creation, launch and the implementation of key business systems that point new Spas toward prosperity. With seven years experience in management and operations within the Spa industry, her past achievements include The Spa Manager at a high volume spa in New York City. Focusing specifically on the day-to-day structure, Ms. Carlen strategically coordinates the training, set-up, and launch of a smooth and successful operation. She is currently pursuing certification in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. (LEED).
