This essential phase provides the Architect team with the tools they require to design a layout that is both beautiful and functional. The architect is given a Spa Program with Square Footage requirements and Adjacencies. Each round of plans is reviewed, and recommendations are made. Once the plans have been finalized the Architect and General Contractor are given a detailed Spec Book that includes room by room list of equipment with their dimensions, electrical requirements, plumbing requirements and HVAC needs.
